Barton-on-Sea PROBUS Club
The Barton-on-Sea PROBUS Club is for men who have retired or are about to retire from PROfessional or BUSiness occupations. We aim to promote friendship and good fellowship amongst our members by organising various social activities.
Members are retired business people who embrace all facets of professional and business disciplines.
Although the Club is for men there are coffee mornings, lunches and joint functions in which members wives or partners can participate.
Barton-on-Sea in Hampshire is ideally located on the edge of the New Forest, about half-way between Lymington and Christchurch, and draws its members from within this area.

Congratulations to our golfers, who won the local Challenge Cup against 11 other Probus Clubs. Our prize, in addition to the cup, is to organise the competition in 2012!
With regular monthly meetings, New Forest walks and a full social calendar, there are plenty of opportunities for members and their ladies to enjoy themselves at Club activities throughout the year.
It is a pleasure to be the Chairman of our Barton-on-Sea Probus Club and I welcome all the new members who have joined us in recent months. I have the support of an excellent committee and together we continue to plan and develop our programme to maintain and build on the momentum the club is currently enjoying.
